Essex Skypark is currently home to many small aviation businesses. They include Flight Instruction, Aerial Photography, Antique Aircraft Restoration, Flight Simulation Instruction, Banner Towing, Searay seaplane sales, service and parts. Each one of these businesses is owned and operated by Baltimore County Residents. Essex Skypark is also home to several area business owners who utilize the Skypark as a launching pad for flying their own planes to their customers in various parts of the United States.
